[闲谈] How effective is the smart money / dumb money indicator?

It seems an awful lot of people are saying that the dumb money's bullishness is getting too extreme, and how more and more bearish the smart money has become recently. But if so many people are looking at and talking about the smart/dumb money numbers, then how effective are they really? 到底谁是smart money, 谁是dumb money呢? 会不会是，如果大家都看到的，无论是chart pattern也好，还是各种indicator也好，只要大家都看见的，都谈论的，效果就不一定好？
