中有SP500的INDEX FUNDS，那么是把钱转出来买SPY好还是不转出来，买401K中得FUNDS好呢？

提示：都有FUNDS ＦＥＥ。

I thought they charge 0.5% each year - if so, that is not low if you have big account. BTW, I pay $2.5 to $5 per trade - dont like IB at all.

401K is pretax income. It really depends on  how much you earn per year.
