[闲谈] help needed

who knows how to move the tool bar from the right side of the pc to the center bottom.
I could not figure it out! I am so not used to it.

The markets are not irrational; the traders are!

you first need to make sure the toolbar is not locked, then just drag the border of the toolbar.

I just checked and the toolbar is not locked. I am trying to drag it all morning. it does not work

by the way, I can not drag if from left to right, but not down
