ok... as far as I know, breastfeeding is the best for infant, none of the baby formula can beat that.

我有個朋友是自己餵奶，兩個孩子都餵到兩歲以上，很健康、很開朗
她的身材是還好，胸部有變大，但是沒有下 ...

my friend has a full time job, she was still able to feed her baby with her milk by using a pump and preserves all the milk in the fridge.
