Normal, none has the energy to investigate all companies. They can just issue and issue new shares - over and over again.

大胆猜测一下，有可能是政府有意打压股市，好让社保基金，养老基金入市。前段时间不是说，养老基金亏了多少多少吗？所以，此次虽然股市跌了许多，但政府没有提救市的事。因为这一切都是安排好了的！
