All these four are technical auto-generated recommendations, They are not analysts or financial institutions. They publish auto generated recommendations for all stocks in the market, not one or two.

They could be wrong, but they are NOT(!) conspiracy like you suggested.

Actually, they can be wrong and conflict to each other all the time. However, they are all wrong at the same time is pretty rare.
