NND, 以前我国不是有很多对付欠债不还怎么处理的先例吗. 比如喜儿...

债主不能眼看自己被DILUTE掉的.

中新社华盛顿7月18日电(记者 德永健)美国财政部18日公布的数据显示，今年5月中国增持73亿美元美国国债，这是中国连续两个月增持美国国债，目前仍是美国最大的债主。

数据显示，当月中国持有美国国债1.1598万亿美元，较4月的1.1525万亿美元增加73亿美元，这是继4月增持76亿美元后中国连续两个月增持美国国债。

美国第二大债权国日本5月同样增持55亿美元，第三大债权国英国当月更增持135亿美元。总体来看，5月外国债权人持有的美国国债总额达4.514万亿美元，较4月增加0.6%。

美国国债长期以来被视为世界上最安全的投资产品，但就在5月16日，美国国债达到14.29万亿美元的法定上限，预计8月2日逼至债务违约最后期限。近两个月来，奥巴马政府与共和党一直就提高美债上限进行谈判，却迟迟没有达成共识。

鉴于距8月2日的违约大限越来越近，国际金融市场自上周起紧张情绪加剧。评级机构穆迪和标准普尔先后对美债发出降级警告，标准普尔更称很可能在本月就史无前例地下调美债信用评级。

不过有市场分析人士指，尽管对美国政府处理债务的方式感到担忧，但投资者仍认为美债具有良好投资价值，而且在今时国际金融市场，尤其是欧元区接连发生主权债务危机后，除美债之外，其它可靠投资渠道确实不多。(完)

That only worries the lender not the borrower.
