过敏要吃药，要压住症状，组织胺分泌减少后就好多了.
There are multiple reasons for allergy. If it's seasonal allerty, take Claritin or zytec. For seasonal allergy, don't open windows. Wash your face after going out, and shower everyday.
If the allergy is from other allergen, need to stop contacting it.
