this is how this mad cow market ended up here now:
if economy is good, mad cow keeps running since good is good;
if economy is poor, mad cow is running even wildly since QE is coming.
as people said for mad cow:
good is good,
worse is better,
disaster is absolutely terrific!

fed 把gdp的原因归罪于寒冷的天气，听起来好像特别业余，
    难以置信。
天冷阻碍了消费是有可能的，但是影响到gdp了有点邪乎。
很多公司都受益于天灾的
